Total Hardwood Flooring

Thank you for a job well done. We recently had about 1400 square ft of carpeting replaced and could not be happier. Chris came out quoted us the job and gave us all of the attention we required. Once the product was delivered Rob came out to install and found a very minor defect in the product. Glad he did and let us know. They got us all new flooring in a rush and did the install immediately. Looks amazing and delivered as promised. Thanks so much folks.

Great service and product. Chris runs the company himself, which is great and I would work with him again. It does mean you have to do a bit more work yourself, but his pricing is great, much cheaper than most places in Barrie and the quality is there. Thanks Chris!

I can’t say enough great things about Chris at Total Flooring. He is one of rare, honest, caring sales managers left in the industry. Before buying our hardwood floor, we visited at least 10 other hardwood stores from Brampton to Barrie. Out of all of them, Chris was the most helpful - he was not only knowledgeable, but honest about about what we needed, what we didn’t need and his own experiences. He’s helped us with flooring advice to glue advice and my overflow my questions which were all answered with patience and sincerity. They also have a large selection of great flooring and flooring products that a lot of other stores don’t carry. Highly recommend this company!
