(August 9, 2018, 10:28 pm)Great location for getting in and out of the parking lot due to being located near an intersection. Very friendly staff although they had never heard of a product I was asking for yet I had found it in their store. At least now they know where to look :) The store is clean and lots of products on hand.
(July 5, 2018, 7:40 pm)Shopping enjoyable, prices good, selection good, merchandising is excellent. Customer service/ sales is satisfactory at best. 5 employees walked by without even saying "hello". Watched as not a single employee approached a client that was in their gaming section for 10+ minutes. When I went to ring out as there was no employees except three at the front who were talking I inquired about the NES and asked if I could get one from lockup but was responded to what I found rudely by the front staff. Originally I walked up and the lady who was cashing out walked away and they chatted for several seconds before they graced me with their presence. Would be 10/10 if it wasn't for the lack of sales/CX service.

(November 12, 2017, 12:09 pm)Store is clean and the staff were helpful and answered any questions I had. I was able to price match which was great. Got the majority of my Christmas shopping done here and was happy with the experience. The only thing is they didn't have one of the items in stock and some aisles were a little messy. Other than that it was a great experience
