UPlift Black

UPlift Black is a not-for-profit organizattion supporting Black communities in Simcoe County. They educate about anti-Black racism and 2SLGBTQNIA+. They are here to UPlift all, bring awareness to all and will stand up against all forms of oppression.

UPlift Black is an amazing organization that embraces diversity, equity, and inclusion while amplifying the voices of Black, Indigenous, people of colour, and the 2SLGBTQAI+ community. Their educational programs assist in educating youth, families, and community partners within Simcoe County to work toward more equitable and inclusive environments for all.

UPlift Black has shown continuous dedication to uplifting the entire community in Simcoe with youth programs, entrepreneurship support, wellness, mental health, advocacy and so much more. They are simply wonderful.

I had the great opportunity to have my placement with Uplift Black. The team and the work they are doing for the Black community in Simcoe County is truly amazing!

UPlift Black is an amazing organization, they are uplifting racialized youth, families and businesses in Simcoe County and beyond. Everyone I’ve come in contact with is brilliant and full of heart. What a difference they are making in the community!
