(March 15, 2020, 3:56 pm)I visit this facility daily to care for family member. For 20 months I have observed many questionable circumstances.
It appears that like I'm sure many places there are great staff that care and others who just show up to collect a pay cheque
The biggest concern and I have many documented examples is that facility management HAS NO CLUE and often one department doesn't follow recommendations of another
When you get the tour and sales pitch, it's not as advertised . To many bosses, not enough staff, 2 PSWs for 20 residents is common.
3 stars only because some staff deserve an award.
