Downtown waterfront living with amenities and close access to open air Dunlop St businesses , events, and activities.

We were one of the first tenants when they opened some of the apartments. Management at that time did not know what they were doing. Building was not cleaned on a regular basis. We finally decided to move after they refused to turn on the air conditioner in may. Yet they turned it off at the end of August. The heat was unbearable. I would like to move back but am very hesitant.

We've been living here for over a year now and love it. Access to waterfront and downtown...everything is in walking distance. Still exploring the local area restaurants.

I recently moved into a front facing unit at the Watercrest in Barrie. The apartment was very clean and well kept. The view is unbeatable! The managers, Helen and her father Flo, have been incredible to work with and made the whole process of moving in and getting familiar with the building very easy. Great place, great people!
