Zenetec Collision Repair Centre - Tiffin

It took 2 months for them to receive my parts for the car. They were really nice and kept me in the loop on how everything was going. Kaitlyn and Emma were there and went up and above what they would normally do. It was a really great experience, even with the long wait.

Upon arriving a week ago. I was greeted
By Emma who was very professional and a very pleasant associate. Updates where received and She advised me when my vehicle was done. Arriving to pick up paper work was ready. ! I have had a positive experience with Zenetec and would use them again.

Wonderful customer service. Everything was well organized and thought of. Rental car was ready I showed up, insurance handled and I received regular texts updating me of my vehicles progress. 5 star.

This is my second time for body work at Zenetec after rear-ended this time. I trust their high quality work on high end cars and both times my car looks immaculate after repairs! I have recommended them often. The only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars, was my car was 3 days later than promised, and I have missing trim plug and another piece of trim that needs to be snapped in place that I have to return for, but I know it will be done exceptionally well, just a pain to return again.

Personally, I was dreading the inconvenience and process of a repair job, BUT…Zenetec to the rescue, as they restored my faith! The team, including Emma, Diane and Katelyn, made it a smooth and easy process by handling all the insurance and car rental communication. From the moment I called and booked an appointment with the pleasant receptionist, the great courtesy email/text reminders, to my arrival as I was greeted with smiles from the friendly staff, the continued personal service at the front desk when dropping off my vehicle; I had very positive vibes. I was happily invited to the lounge/waiting area, offered coffee/snacks and in no time, this customer was on her way! My quote was emailed and I am looking forward to having my vehicle repaired!
