Zenetec Collision Repair Centre - Veterans

I was extremely satisfied with my experience at Zenotek, from the greeting from the young lady at the front desk and also from the appraiser Lee Pack. Imagine my surprise when I found that vehicle had been cleaned thoroughly inside. Also, the month's free car wash is a nice touch. All in all, a very pleasurable experience. One that I'm not used to getting these days.Thank you.

They are an amazing company to deal with, especially during these difficult times with supply chain shortages and other things that were beyond there control. They updated me during the process of my repairs through emails and text. Kim was great and led me to Yolanda who took great care of me. Jason who I dealt with was very caring and always had positive things to say. I highly recommend Zenetec Collision for any repairs, plus they went above and beyond when everything was completed by cleaning both inside and outside of my truck.
Great job, the world needs more employees like this.

What awesome service! They had my vehicle in and a rental all ready for me so I didn’t need to arrange elsewhere. They communicated the process to me the whole time and got the job done in the time frame they had gave me! To top it off they did an interior clean of my vehicle :) would highly recommend!

The staff here are so professional! So attentive and accommodating. No one wants to have work done as a result of a collision but after the way they handled this I’ll be back for any future car touch up work.. what was a really nice finish was the interior and exterior detailing that was done.. my car was like new again! Can I sum up our experience in one word? WOW!!!
Thankfully our situation was not as bad as so many people. No-one was hurt.

Someone hit Gloria's car at work and then left (Hit and Run) . The front end had to be repaired.

From the moment we took the car in for an estimate until we picked it up...every single person who we talked to or had any communication with went way way over and above with their customer service.

Every step of the process we were constantly updated.

By the way....the car looks absolutely beautiful!!

I know we are going to miss a few names (but we are sure everyone there is phenomenal...)
