Very Happy!! Had a scalloped neck reverse headstock put on my old Squire just to be Ritchie Blackmore for a day 🤔 ☺️. It sounds like an easy task but that couldn't be farther from the truth. There's so many finite details in fitting, sound and overall functionality. I am so very pleased with the results and sound! Tyler took extra care in not giving me a shotty product but the best he could make. I can't say enough how happy I am! Bradford Academy you have a customer for life!!!

Great instruments, great service and now offering custom picture framing.

I brought in my electric guitar and amp to the Bradford Academy of Music to have them serviced and had a great experience. For my guitar, I was looking to have locking tuners installed and then get the guitar set up. The Bradford Academy of Music was able to get the locking tuners in stock months faster than several other guitar stores through which I had also ordered and then installed them. After a set up, my guitar plays better than ever!

Prior to bringing it in, my tube amp had been experiencing some popping sounds and this was also able to get fixed relatively quickly. Most importantly, they gave me a couple of tips for maintaining the amp going forward. All in all, it was a great experience and I will definitely continue to bring my instruments to the Bradford Academy of Music - thanks Tyler!

Recently purchased a set of custom 'Loyal' marching drums through the Bradford Academy of Music (best marching drums on the market). Tyler was great. Very quick for communications. Up front with what was needed and didn't give me the run around as long and mcquade did. Prices weren't over the top, and frequent updates were provided as the drums were being made.
I would gladly continue using the Bradford academy as my center for instrument purchases over the larger chains. It was the kind of experience I would expect when purchasing an investment instrument.
