I met Nonie unintentionally, through work. I wasn’t consciously looking for a help. Though, despite not asking for it she helped me so much more than perhaps she even knows. She was able to figure out what I’ve been struggling with since as early as I can remember. Something that doctors haven’t been able to do my whole life. I have been diagnosed with anxiety, depression, ptsd, ocd... you name it. Given meds on top of meds. When really no doctor Ive seen ever thought to look at my diet and/or deficiencies. She is incredibly intelligent and I absolutely adore her. I would recommend her to anyone and everyone.

I want to share what Nonie did for my family with teenage depression, tooth decay and allergic reation. -- At 15 yrs. old my son would only eat vegetarian foods to help stop global warming. He became very slim and at age17 suddenly was tragically depressed every single day for just over 3 months. A look would come over him that changed his face completely; he could not function. My husband did not take jobs for two months to stay home with him. Ryan was suicidal.
For 8 weeks we frantically consulted our doctor, the school guidance, a youth centre and Ryan was seeing a psychiatrist (friend of the family). There was no improvment. ** Then I asked Nonie for help and she pleaded to follow her advice for 6 weeks before putting him on medication. Nonie was the only person who cured Ryan! Nonie told me he needed regular protein and specific supplements in quantities she recommended. Within 6 weeks he was totally well again! A year later he is still fine. I am so grateful.

Ok Folks : after 10 + years of popping pills and doing everything my LMC specialist instructed me to do my reading have been still riding in the 7-8-9 range with higher spikes from time to time!

I started with Ms. Nonie De Long on 23 June 2019 and my levels have dropped to the 3-4-5 range within a week with occasional spikes of 6-7 readings. So in two days it will be roughly a month working with her and getting great solid results that have proven very beneficial.

I was taking one pill 2x a day that was reduced to one and now to 1/2 per day !! This change is HUGE !! She provides valuable information on what is working and why some things are NOT working! She provided a number of video links that explains the pros and cons of different ways to control my levels.

Next step which I am looking forward to is the cooking classes to learn how to put together different meals in the day and some healthy drinks and YES some snacks that don't spike my levels.

Is it Easy = absolutely NOT !! Yes the no eat list is almost everything I was consuming but the cravings are settling down but not completely gone as yet.

It's a mind set as well !! Your either in the Game or NOT !!
