(May 4, 2018, 10:36 pm)I have taken several rounds or prenatal yoga with Nicole. She does a great job explaining the positions and provides a safe and relaxing environment to come to every week. My one regret is that I my pregnancy is ending soon, so that will not be able to attend in a few more weeks, however, I am excited to try out her mommy and baby Yoga once I am approved for regular exercise.

I so appreciate her dedication to this population as there are many do's and don't's, and I am fully confident my patients will get the guidance and support they need.
