(November 1, 2019, 10:42 pm)Friendly staff and good with kids... but baffled by our recent experience with a squirmish two and a half year old. Everything was going fine with scissors until the stylist asked if we could "try the clippers". Not sure if this is because she was nervous or rushed (maybe there's a max time they can spend with a client? it wasn't particularly busy), but she proceeded to give him a buzz cut that we were in too much shock to stop. Otherwise a good experience.
