From both a shipping depot to embroidery this place can do it all! After picking up a parcel to realizing they did embroidery, I placed an order for a birth announcement bear (name and details embroidered on stuffed animal's tummy) and it was simply beautiful! I love shopping local vs. etsy! So happy to have found them!! Service with a smile & one happy customer! Thank you team at Times Design!

I should’ve checked the names on our Christmas stockings at the store, but I didn’t because I was in a rush. Anyways, I came home to hang the stockings and to my dismay, they mispelled my son’s name ????????????! And I recalled suggesting to the lady who was at the counter when I dropped off the stockings that I could write the names but she said she can do it. I did double check what was written on the order form and they’re all correct.
I left a message tonight and hopefully they’re going to call me back tomorrow and have a solution for this.
