I have been renting my apartment since August 2017 with BK. As a late in life, first time renter, I cannot say enough about the BK Team. Brady and Kristy and their wonderful staff are honestly the best. I am always amazed about the prompt response I get to any concerns or repairs. I know I would not get this quality of service from anywhere else in Barrie. I have loved my BK rental experience The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and treat the properties like their own. Our unit is brand new and we couldn’t be happier with it. Any issue that has come up was dealt with right away in a very professional manner. I would recommend renting from the company to my friends and family members.
