After selling our house in just 5 days went on to secure the purchase of our new home less than 2 weeks later. Stephanie went well above expectations for us. She had come highly recommended by a friend, and I would be proud and confident to recommend her as well.

With all the information in hand, Stephanie was able to use her expertise in the area to advise us which house was in our expectations.
