Done Right Home Inspections

If I could give 10 stars, I would. Bruce and Chris are amazing. These are the guys that you want inspecting a potential home. Their attention to detail and knowledge was fantastic. They are also very articulate and did a great job at explaining everything to me - I am a first time homeowner, so I knew nothing about many aspects and potential problems for homes. The report that they provided with the inspection was also fantastic - great explanations, pictures, and additional information. I would use them again in a heart beat.

Highly recommended! Bruce and Chris inspected a log home I bought in the Prince Edward County area. My brother is a real estate agent and he said he had never seen such a detailed inspection. They are absolute experts in all aspects of construction but especially in log homes. They identified a number of issue that we would never have found without them. They reassured us that the logs themselves were in excellent condition and explained how we could take care of them properly for the future. They are utterly professional and extremely knowledgeable. The report they produced was extremely detailed and is a document we will refer to for as long as we own the home. If you are buying a home you need to hire these guys. I feel it was money very well spent.
