(May 1, 2019, 9:50 pm)We just purchased a new mattress and frame from Joe Close at the Collingwood Leon’s. We were so thrilled with his level of customer service. I feel he went above his job description by taking the time to communicate with me on his day off. We highly recommend Joe.
Delivery today went well, polite delivery men who were efficient and fast and cleaned up the mess.
Very happy with our overall experience!
(April 5, 2019, 11:00 pm)We purchased an Ashley sectional that we saw cheaper at the Ashley store in Barrie afterward. Scott, Leon's manager, offered to match the price. Ashley offered to one up Leon's by offering 125% of the difference. Scott matched them without hesitation. Kudos for incredible integrity and customer service. I will shop with confidence at Leon's in the future--knowing they stand behind their pricing.
