I sent my 5 month old puppy here this past weekend for a one night stay and it was an incredibly positive experience. Sharna (the owner) greeted me upon arrival and right away I knew my pup would be in good hands. The hotel is located on a farm in a quiet rural area and the whole vibe was on point! I was obviously nervous to leave him anywhere because it was our first night apart but Sharna was kind enough to send me picture of him playing in the dog park and I really did know intuitively that he was being well cared for. He is like family to me and I wouldn't even hesitate to send him back (which he will be returning lots in the future). Thanks Sharna!!
My dogs get their nails trimmed here. Sharna is so patient with our dogs. I would recommend her for all your needs in dog grooming.
It was the first time that I left my cat in a pets hotel, but I would definitely recommend this place. They have two separate buildings for cats and dogs, so they will never interact with each other. Also, each cat has one big condo with enough space to sleep and move. The hotel provides cats with litter boxes and water. The owners, however, need to bring their own food. Also, I really liked that before we checked in, the staff asked us for all vaccinations and flea protection. Moreover, they needed the certificates. This action inspired me that no other cats could infect my pet. Also, the space was enough and had a neutral smell, so new comers won’t fight over the territory due to smells of their cats. The hotel also has machines for credit payments, but the connection can be bad, so I would suggest to have some cash on hand. Overall, very pleasant experience.
My first time boarding my small dog. He has had lots of various boarding experiences and he was very happy to be led into the pet area and never turned around to look back at me when I dropped him off. Stayed for the day and was happy, healthy and seemed to have a great experience. He was tired that night from all that doggie play time. Staff was easy to communicate with and were accommodating for an earlier check in due to a family funeral/long travel time required. Really appreciated this .I will board him again.
