I had a run in with a driver here a fee weeks ago.. some of my property was damaged accidentally..

After some emails back and forth, Josh came to see me himself and make it right..

I appreciate the degree they took took fix the issue promptly upon being notified of it..

I have no experience with their work, but if they put thos much effort to fixing an error, I imagine their work would meet the same high standard..

We have nothing but good things to say about our experience with Springscapes Inc. They came recommended by the gentleman paving our driveway. We required rocks under our back deck and front porch, soil and sod to both our front and back yards, and a paved pathway from the driveway to the porch. They were quick to get to us and quick to complete everything. Upon speaking to Ryan he provided recommendations regarding our front pathway and we couldn't be happier - it ended up being a design we never would have thought of ourselves but love its uniqueness. When sodding our front yard, the crew returned at a later date to complete the end bits. We excessively watered the lawn to protect our new investment but found this new bit wasn't taking. We expressed our concerns and were reassured to give it a bit more time. Over time it did not get better then one day we look outside and a crew is there replacing those end bits with new sod. It took and has been fantastic since. We couldn't believe and were extremely impressed by their self-inclined follow-up and their immediate no-fuss initiative in rectifying the issue. We couldn't be happier with our experience with Springscapes.

I was having trouble getting a driveway/walkway extension completed by another contractor I hired. I contacted Springscapes and Ryan came out within a few days, took measurements and got an idea of what I needed. I was on a time crunch and needed it done ASAP. He had one of his employees, Dennis, come out the same week to get things going. It was completed in a couple of days and looks fantastic. I am very thankful to Ryan and his team for all their hard work and expedient service.

When we decided to have an interlocking patio installed we contacted several vendors in the Wasaga Beac area. Ryan from Springscapes came to give us a quote and left us feeling very confident about his company.

His brother Josh and his crew worked tirelessly (even in the pouring rain) to complete our project on time and to our complete satisfaction. Everything was perfectly done and we could not be happier with the results! We would highly recommend Springscapes for any of your landscaping needs.

Professional and listened to our desires off the bat. Ryan attended our home and was very courteous and knowledgeable. Contract was clear and concise. Staff who worked on our project were polite and very good and conscientious. Rates were very competitive and not out of line. Just a very good experience for my wife and I. We have already booked an appointment for more work in the Fall. Thanks guys...your work was professional and neat.....lots of compliments from neighbours !!
