We had a pretty disappointing experience with the company. We received the wrong size glass from what we had requested and the company refused to offer a refund due to a strict "no refund policy." I was then unable to negotiate with the owner as I was told they are owned by private equity. It is unfortunate as our experience until that point had been quite good.
UPDATE: A few days later, I was contacted by the owner and founder of Agnora once he had been made aware of the situation by his team. We were able to come to a mutually agreeable solution.
Everyone makes mistakes, but it's how people and companies respond to problems which sets some apart from others. Happy to have this problem resovled.

Very hospitable to the glass delivery drivers! I can't say enough good about how they treat people! Just a great bunch of people. Very efficient and organized company. Mark is certainly one of the best recievers I've ever dealt with in over 21 years of being in this industry!!

I have never worked with a better company than Agnora. Their facility, staff and quality of craft is unparalleled. They helped us achieve a 10' diameter multiple laminated glass assembly that no one else in North America was will to take on due to its complexity.

This is a great place for a driver to deliver. Mark is a super nice guy. They get to work right away unloading the trucks and don't take a bunch of breaks. They even have showers for the drivers. Best consignee in Canada!
