I had not used AM group of companies before but was interested to explore the potential for them to replace my windows and roof at my cottage in Muskoka. Patrick O’Connell, the sales person, was exceptional. Pat was courteous and extremely attentive. The team installing new shingles were extremely organized, efficient and I was very pleased with the quality of the end product. Despite our current pandemic environment the windows and doors arrived in a timely manner. I was again very satisfied with the product quality and installation.

We had new eavestroughs and soffits put into our cottage. From the estimate and first meeting with Tyler in sales, then follow up by front office Vicky down to the contractor George and crew everyone was courteous, conscientious, neat, professional and had a strong work ethic. Tyler was thorough and explained all technical aspects in advance. Vicky was always a phone call away for any questions. George's craftsmanship was exceptional and very conscientious about taking the time to point things out. The work was completed in just 2 days! I would most definitely use AM Group again.

New eavestroughs and downspouts installed professionally, on time, and just in time for heavy fall rains. Luke Watson was very easy to deal with during the quote process and made an excellent suggestion for colour that matches the house perfectly. Great peace of mind having this done now!

Adam and Dan did a great job on the roofing. Great job on the shingles. Insulator Adam spray foamed and pointed out code requirements for a quality job. Ilir and George did a superb job on the soffits, fascia and eavestrough. Our only complaint was timeliness in pulling it all together, communication and co-ordination of the parts of the job. Also, we asked for calls back from ownership or management and never got them.
