I am so proud to work alongside the hardworking professionals at Balmoral Place Retirement. The heartfelt care for our residents and comradery of our team touches my heart each and every day. Seeing the joy and hearing the kind words from our residents is truly our best reward.

Thank you to all the staff and management for doing a great job in taking care of our family at Balmoral. My mom always speaks to how kind and patient the staff are with her and the other residents.

I would like to say Thank You for looking after my father. He has no issues with his home. Everyone I have met there is very helpful and nice. Especially, with the added stress of Covid. Thank you from the Rostie Family!

My grandmother - "nan" is a resident of Balmoral and due to COVID I have not been able to see her much. I do call her a few times a week to see how things are going and I must compliment the team in a great job they are doing, from improvements in food to staff support. On Friday evening (Oct.23) I called my "nan" to tell her about the tornado warnings but she did not answer, ,so I called the office to which they informed me that the residents were all on the lower level and sheltering in a safe place. I called my nan later that evening to see how she was and she could not say enough wonderful things about how the staff and management and how they handled the situation- they had refreshments, snacks and even brought down dinner for them. I cannot say enough in what piece of mind this brought me. Thank you to all the staff and managers who stayed late to ensure the residents were safe and ensured that everyone got back to their rooms safely before they themselves headed home.
