(August 21, 2019, 1:15 pm)Should we ever get another pet, we would not hesitate to take it to Balsam. We never felt pressured into getting expensive treatments for our dog. We were given the options for his care and it was our decision going forward on those occasions. He boarded there a few times and the price we thought, very reasonable

(October 2, 2018, 12:12 pm)I'm not saying that"bad", or "unfortunate" things can't happen here as their will always be exceptions no matter where you go. But I personally have never had a problem with this place or their staff. And I've been using this place for my cats for years
