Enterprise Rent-A-Car

It was my first time renting a car through enterprise. It was quick and smooth and I'll definitely be renting again.

The only thing I wish I could do is pick the specific car I'd like to rent. I lucked out because I got the exact car I wanted (Audi A5), but there's no guarantee I'll get that car next time. It just depends on location and availability which sort of sucks, but is understandable.

We had an accident in Collingwood yesterday & truly thought we would require a rental. Our cars were locked together. Rob was incredibly helpful, called me back very quickly. He was trying to arrange someone to drop off the rental directly to us. Luckily, our cars were separated & ours was drivable. We continued on our way to a weekend away. Rob was so amazing & appreciated. We will request him when our car gets repaired after our accident. Thank you Rob!! Teresa & Dean McKinley
