Ben was extremely professional and highly communicative during the entire process. We felt taken care of and felt confident that we were in the right hands. Garbutt is lucky to have Ben, he was such a pleasure to work with! All was taken care of to our satisfaction! Thank you
"Thank you to Matt and the team for great workmanship completed in a timely manner. A special thanks to Craig who is a perfectionist at heart and always goes the extra mile to ensure we are happy. Our home after each day's work was left immaculate."
Tevor and his team did a fantastic job at the remedial work required in our home. They were all very professional and clearly enjoyed the work that they do. They were jocular the entire time and very respectful of our home. The work was done on time and slightly under budget. They went over and beyond what was quoted in their scope work. We highly recommend them.
The whole DKI team was simply fantastic! The care and attention to our needs were dealt with in such a personal and professional manner. When we had our issue with the leak in the basement powder room Chris initiated the claim process and dealt with our insurance company on our behalf. The crew that came in to to the clean up was fast and efficient. When the clean up was done it looked like there was never a problem. Fraser and Troy came in to finish up and did amazing work. We are so pleased with the final outcome. Thank you Garbutt Construction DKI. We highly recommend Trevor and his crew.
Thank you so much,
Dan, Kelly, Cam
And love Miller the “dog”
Trevor Jay was the project manager for a severe basement flood we experienced at our house.
Trevor and every member of his team are just simply sparkling gems.
There is no other way to describe the efficiency, quality, attention to detail and sincere desire to make sure things are done beautifully.
When there is a flood like we had, the company tasked with the clean up and restoration can do those things, but not care too much how it looks.
They don't have to think about if things are done in a timely manner, and if in doing the restoration can it be done in such a way that the place is actually better than it was before.
That requires the project manager to actually care. Take pride in his work.
My experience from the past is unfortunately, a lot of them just do not seem to care.
But with Trevor, it was clear he took a professional and personal interest in how his work would look, attending to both large and tiny details.
In fact I was amazed at how he noticed those little things. Which amount to big things when something bad like a flood happened and one really has no idea how so much bad stuff happened so quickly.
This is a just a wonderful, unique company and I think other restoration companies should pay close attention to how things can be done in a beautiful manner, cost efficiently and with empathy too.
