The staff are all super nice, but since the new COVID regulations were implemented, they don't answer phones, they don't return voicemail messages left and they do not respond to emails.I generally drive over there and find a member of staff who takes my order. They are super busy and I appreciate that the staff are running back and forth from the store to the parking lot taking and delivering orders. I will continue to support GPF and learn to be patient until restrictions are lifted and we can shop in-store.

Great store. And quick to adapt to the new rules and regulations. Also their staff are very knowledgeable and very helpful.

Supplying all your pets food needs and accessories for them . Knowledgeable friendly staff as well. Loads of parking. Located in the Harbour Centre shopping mall.

Earlier today I had made a 1 star review about my experience at the Global Pet Foods in hopes someone who owns or manages this location would reach out to talk about what i experience today. After talking with an owner of the location we discussed the issue and I decided to delete/change the review to a 4 star review. I only wanted someone of the location to reach out so I could explain what happened. Thank you for reaching out and taking the step to check in with the review.
