My husband and I met Steph and Joseph in the spring of 2019 at a property investment event. As my husband and I were considering purchasing an investment property in Blue Mountains, we were impressed that Steph and Joseph were able to provide both real estate services, and their Hosting Blue property management services. Steph is very knowledgeable with investment properties in the area and the requirements necessary to run a short term rental in the Blue Mountain and Collingwood area. Steph answered all of the questions we had and spent the time with us needed to find our property. Once purchased, Steph and Joseph worked with us to get our unit up and running. Since starting on the Airbnb platform in Sept 2019 with Hosting Blue, we have had above average occupancy rates, and excellent reviews posted by all of the guests. Steph and Joseph are always responsive to our questions, and very supportive when unexpected maintenance is required. My husband and I have appreciated their efforts to keep our unit profitable, even during the pandemic, looking forward to continue working with Steph and Joseph and the Hosting Blue team!
