Good location. Very clean. Comfortable beds. Heated floor in the bathroom is a great feature. Amenities such as the Recreation Center are good for families. Also very close to the golf course. One thing I would caution guests about is the door leading from level one to the Recreation center footpath. There is a step down with no warning eg. "WATCH YOUR STEP" would be a simple thing to post on the door. Lovely hotel which I would not hesitate to recommend.
Very nice location, unfortunately a bit overpriced. We paid $260 for a room for one night and based on the pics it looked luxurious, the lobby and restaurant were both very beautiful. To our surprise, we were sent to the back of the building, Cranberry building I think it's called, in a poorly lit area, the elevator showed obvious signs of aging with peeling paneling and the hallways seemed dismal. The room itself wasn't too bad but not as advertised, the rooms were poorly insulated as we can hear our neighbours. A little disappointed but we made the best of it, on a bright note we were so exhausted from the drive we slept well. The seafood restaurant was okay, nothing spectacular.
We have stayed here in the past. The main reason we book is for the indoor/outdoor pool and the arcade. Unfortunately the slide was not there for the outdoor pool and the arcade was out of order. Those were 2 big thumbs down from the kids. The indoor pool is good however the floor is very slippery. The water does not drain very well. My son fell getting into the pool. When we visited the outdoor pool my son decided to check out the video games in the recreation room to see if they worked since the arcade in the main building was out of order. The lady working at the desk snapped at him and told him if he had no money don't touch. Our room had a balcony with 2 chairs. Would be nice to have a little table between the chairs. We stayed in the standard room with 2 beds. It would be nice to have a small table and chairs in there to eat at and play cards at night. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. For the most part it was a good stay.
Great resort. A lot of things to do, great patio with amazing view live music on the weekends at Station on the Green. Memories restaurant has delicious food, especially pizza (even vegan pizza). Manager Steve is very kind and welcoming. You should visit both locations, especially when Derek McLean is there, best entertainment ever ????
Excellent location, great service. Bought this as a time share presentation deal, the sales presentation was as expected, they had a great daycare for the kids. Really close to blue mountain (10 min drive), great breakfast inside, and a few options to eat nearby as well (Pie wood stove pizza!). Highly recommend it for the timeshare presentation deal.
