In 2019, the Board of Directors of GCC45 went into the market in search of a new property management company. After a thorough search and in - depth analysis, the BOD selected Percel North. We selected Percel North because they have been in business for over 35 years, have managed a number of properties throughout the golden triangle and have many long-standing customers. Furthermore, they understand the business and the rules/regulations that govern the condo industry. We have received tremendous support from Franca and Carmelo and the other members of the Percel North team. Franca is very organized and is good communicator with all homeowners. She is very focused on prompt problem resolution. Franca holds contractors accountable to do the work in the timeframe that was committed too. Furthermore, having access to the Percel Technical Services team to deal with smaller issues/repairs in a timely manner has proven to be very beneficial.
In partnership with Percel North, the BOD have implemented cost savings initiatives while continuing to focus on achieving operating budget with the goal to improve the homeowners experience at GCC45. Jointly, we have accomplished a great deal in a short period of time. We owe a giant thank-you to Franca and the entire Percel North team.
