This was my 2nd purchase with Sunvale Homes and I'm still blown away with my new home

After spending many long months searching both the housing market and building companies unsuccessfully for a home that met all of our specific criteria, our family was fortunate to find Sunvale Homes. From our very first encounter in the Sales Office, we knew this was the company we wanted to build with. It was clear to us from the start that we were in very good hands. We appreciated the desirable and well thought out site map and floor plans; the variety of quality finishes, the progressive energy efficient systems in house design, and the extremely knowledgeable staff who never hesitated to offer assistance or answer our many questions. Having been through the process of purchasing and selling homes in the past, we were entering into new territory by purchasing a New Build in a new development. Despite being both nervous and excited, we put our trust in Suvale because of their stellar reputation for building homes of high quality. This decision proved to be extremely positive from start to finish, and in the years since moving into our home; we have been nothing short of highly satisfied with our Sunvale experience. We absolutely love our home and neighbourhood! Venturing into a project with as many moving parts and ever changing variables such as a new build can be stressful, but throughout the entire process of building our new home, the team at Sunvale demonstrated excellent communication and never failed to fulfill on our agreed upon terms. We would most definitely build with and/or purchase another Sunvale home in a heartbeat!

Great experience. Quality was really good. I have previously purchased from large builders in the past and this was by far the best experience - especially in regard to quality and client service. I would definitely recommend Sunvale to everyone.

Our Dream Home!!!

Honestly such a great experience from start to finish. Everyone at Sunvale that we dealt with genuinely cared about their clients and they were always so responsive and happy to answer all of my annoying questions throughout the way, lol. Basically our dream house with amazing service. Even during a global pandemic they were able to turnaround everything with just a slight delay - mind blowing!
