A great experience overall. Louise got back to us right away and sent someone out the next day. The technician, Kevin, was a nice guy and he solved the problem quickly. Honest service. Fair prices. Great job!
I just had the seal on my upstairs toilet fixed by VLPH.
We noticed the leak on holiday Monday and called immediately Tuesday morning. I left a msg thinking they probably wouldn't get back to me until the next day but Louise called right at 8:15am.
She was really helpful and got someone out to my place by 9:00am. Job was done fast and professional. Would highly recommend. ps. Louise was the real star of this show!
