Best yoga ever
Amy is such a great person! Super easy to get along with, flexible, and really knows how to gear a workout for what you need. I knew I needed a boost when my workouts started to plateau & she showed me I had the ability to do more than I thought I could. She cut down my running time by a big margin & took me from someone who couldn't reach the chin-up bar to being able to achieve chin ups on my own!! I highly recommend Amy to help you achieve any of your fitness goals!
Amy and her team have been a huge encouragement to me. They are always there with great advice in your journey. The classes are so much fun and an amazing atmosphere. Highly recommend bodies by Amy.
