He is not only passionate about the food he prepares but his professionalism was also very evident through his communication with us leading up to the day of our wedding. The food was absolutely DELICIOUS! We received so many compliments and many people went up for seconds and thirds. I would highly recommend Country Meats Cuts for any catering needs!

(September 18, 2018, 1:06 pm)Great butcher shop. I have bought a brisket, chicken,stakes,pork and ground beef. The quality of meat is perfect every time. I found grocery store meat to be very inconsistent in their cut and taste but not here. Also the staff know how to cook the meat too and have given me some great tips.
