  This is the third vehicle I have purchased from 400 Chrysler and each time the staff have been excellent. I have dealt with Tom Fulton and Terri Sharp on all three purchases and they are a pleasure to deal with. They make the vehicle buying experience painless.
  
  On this occasion I also dealt with Jessica Puddifant who spent a considerable amount of time working with me picking out the truck and options that I was looking for. Jessica came in on her day off to make sure that everything was ready for me when it was time to take delivery.
  
  I would highly recommend working with Jessica, Terri and Tom at 400 Chrysler; truly excellent service.

  Team at this dealership is irreplaceable! Both sales and service. Very courteous and respectful. You can tell that they genuinely care about either getting you the best deal, or resolving any kind of problem with your vehicle. Special thanks to Colin for making the impossible!

  The service center here is great, friendly helpful staff, fast service. They even offer a complimentary car wash when they're done working on your vehicle, I haven't come across this service in other dealerships before. The garage is all glass panel walls so you can see them work on the cars from the waiting area. Overall great experience, I've been to two other Jeep service centers and neither offered this level of customer care.

  Recently dealt with 400 Chrysler for the first time. The team provided excellent support throughout the entire process. I returned one truck off lease and traded in another. Then purchased 2 new trucks. Colin and Christy made it a great experience. I never felt pressured and always felt that I was being helped to make my decisions as opposed to being sold. Love my Rebel. Modern, bright, open concept dealership was refreshing.Thanks to the entire team who provided a great experience. Highly recommend!

  Excellent service! When you buy a vehicle and three days later, you can't believe how stress free the process was, that's a big deal! I have had follow up calls from everyone making sure that my Jeep is perfect and that my experience was good. This was absolutely the opposite of the experience I had with a different dealer on my last Jeep. Thank you so much Tom and Jessica!
