I called and spoke to Ariel about my Mom's very old fridge not working - in July and during a pandemic - at about 5 p.m. My Mom called me at 6:15 to tell me that Ariel had come and repaired the fridge and she was thrilled at the efficiency, excellent personal and friendly service and reasonable cost. Thank you and we will not hesitate to refer you to friends and family.

Alpha Tech Appliance was quick to respond when my old fidge stop working. The inspection and fix were done in a mere hours after initial call. It was easy and pleasant communication, fair price and good experience overall. If I'll need any appliance inspected or fixed I would definately call Ariel again.

We had an emergency with our fridge. Heating up instead of cooling down and the Alpha Tech technician who came within the hour diagnosed the problem and had the parts. Great service and a real life saver as we would have lost all our frozen food if we had had to wait a day for service. He wore a mask and gloves and we kept over six feet apart and had all the windows open. Thanks!
