H&R Block

I have been a customer with Hr Block for over a decade . There was an issue with my return last year and Tracy did everything she could to fix the error that occurred. She is the reason I returned this year . She is compassion and truly cares about her clients. She truly is one of a kind and because of her I will continue working with H&R Block. I'm a trucker most local but from time to time I do overnight runs. With the covid running amok on our economy I have not had a chance to get my taxes done so I tried online and needless to say it didn't work out. I called the Innisfil branch and in less than 5 minutes I had a rep emailing me and started my taxes that very second. The lady who took over my taxes is named Tracy, I didn't get a last name but over the phone and via email she kept me informed, asked all relevant questions and responded to any questions I had in minutes.

I am incredibly impressed with how they accommodated me and treated me here. If you are a driver, long haul or local talk to Tracy or ask for her directly, you wont be sorry.
