I suffered hearing loss two years ago in one ear and have gone to 3 different audiologists in Toronto since then and even with a hearing aid, there was not much improvement. Serena is the only one that made a difference - a huge one. She made changes to my hearing aid and I can finally hear normally. I cannot recommend her highly enough

I visited the hearing clinic and met the specialist Serena who took great care of me. Her professionalism, kindness and patience amazed me. With the hearing aid she recommended to me after careful examination, trials and adjustments, my life is much better now. Thank you, Serena and Bonnie.

She was very patient and helpful and was able to recommend and fit the best product for his needs. She was very accommodating regarding the questions we had and went above and beyond to ensure my father was happy with his device. I would highly recommend her to anyone.
