Serena is wonderful! I suffered hearing loss two years ago in one ear and have gone to 3 different audiologists in Toronto since then and even with a hearing aid, there was not much improvement. Serena is the only one that made a difference - a huge one. She made changes to my hearing aid and I can finally hear normally. I cannot recommend her highly enough

I brought my elderly father to see Leila regarding some hearing problems. She was very patient and helpful and was able to recommend and fit the best product for his needs.
