What more can I say. Had a roof leak during the bitter cold of winter into my master bedroom. While freaking out about the issue I needed a life line. Who else would I call Only Plumbs Up of course. Well Keith came within the hour as he knew my marriage was on the line. A leaky master bedroom is sure to make an unhappy wife and a turbulent marriage. The mess and water into my bedroom was epic and horrible. It was a roof leak from a vent pipe in my home. Plumbs up sent Keith who was smiling and very positive upon
Arrival he assured me things would be ok and even offered to help me clean up the massive mess. Which I have never seen nor heard from any tradesman in my life. Well Keith kept his word and picked up my center vac and helped me clean as promised. That’s right Plumbs ups Technician Keith put his next call and his earnings on hold to help his current client me to clean up what was a mess like no other for those that know how messy a wet attic insulation is. These guys are not a plumbing company to me they are family. They don’t overcharge they don’t take advantage of clients and they care about your home. Like the owner is a Miracle worker. Hires great technicians that are family friendly and Covid safe. I have no words but thank you for the quick Emegency repair and clean up. Great job guys. I’m a customer for life : )
