North Toronto Auction

Had to make an appointment to come. Then waited for another gentleman to complete his purchase and have a long personal chat with James...The gentleman also left the building and returned while I waited in the doorway, where he passed me twice within a foot of me, what is the point of having appointments due to covid-19 when covid-19 protocols aren't adhered to. The rest of the service I received was efficient, polite and friendly.

The first time I stepped foot into this establishment my visit was cut short and came with terrible news. 😥
Second time a year later I really liked the shuttle service along the road to and from your vehicle since parking is a bit of an issue. The three indoor auction lanes are at times a little crowded but the staff and crew do a there best to keep vehicles moving. If you do purchase a vehicle from this establishment, one thing I found interesting is if the vehicle is not marked unfit, you can get a temporary plate that day, and drive it away provided you have insurance.

Just got home from North Toronto Auction and had a great experience with the customer service staff. Mr. Watson took the time yesterday on the phone to explain how they’re system works and showed great patience answering all my questions. Today I went to look over a few trucks and once again, he was very helpful in person.
