Pump My Tank

I called Pump My Tank to arrange a septic tank pump and they offered an instant appointment, within 24 hours! They arrived a little earlier than expected but that was even better. The technician, Joe, was awesome! He walked me through the process, showed me how some of the baby wipes my kids had been putting in the toilet could lead to long term trouble, explained to me the system, size of the tank, showed me how to clean the filter properly and gave me great advice on when to clean the filter and the tank. He was super friendly, very professional and actually made the process of cleaning out a septic tank kind of fun! I walked away knowing I'd learned something and learned something about my system that was important as a home owner. Thanks Joe! Because of this experience I will definitely use them again.

In the spring, we started to notice that there was septic "water" on the ground over the septic tank area. We called Pump My Tank and they sent someone over as soon as they could to pump out the tank. After this was done, it was highly recommended to call the office to book an appointment to have the septic system evaluated. It was old. The house was built in 1966.

A week later, the owner arrived at the exact scheduled time, which impressed the heck out of me!!!! He proceeded to dig up the old tank and lines. When done, he explained exactly what I was looking at....in the hole and monetarily. All was explained in terms that I could understand! Impressive! After discussing what needed to be done (tank rejuvenation), it was completed that day. All I had to do was re-seed the lawn, Easy peasy! The septic system should be good for another 10 years!!!!!

We had a great overall experience, from the day of booking to the day our tank was pumped. We had only exposed one of the septic tank lids, not realizing there was another side. Gerald (the tech) flagged this and helped my husband dig out the other one. He was super personable throughout the service appointment. We would recommend this company and definitely use them again.
