So Impressed with this great HVAC company! I just had a complimentary cleaning done on my furnace by another company ( part of my natural gas package), the technician who works with furnaces all day, everyday and has for years was so impressed with the efficiency and long life of my furnace! It was installed over 15 years ago by Peter Kilpatrick owner of Services Plus. The technician couldn’t believe how old my furnace was and that I’ve never had a problem. So happy with my decision to hire Services Plus, they did, and continue to do an amazing job. So Reliable and provide excellent customer service. I recommended this company to my neighbour for an air conditioner this summer and she was very pleased also. Thank you. My hot water heater started leaking badly on Friday. I thought for sure I would have to wait until the following week to get a new one, but after experiencing one cold shower Saturday morning, I thought I would try to get one sooner. My first call was to Service Plus - I had to leave a message - but I was called back within a couple of minutes. Doug came by my place within 16 minutes to see what would be needed. Professional, curtious and very respectful. He then returned later with a new hot water tank which he installed very efficiently. I'm in the trades and am truthfully hard to impress - but Doug certainly did. Thank you very much for such great service.
These guys just left my house and although I need a new furnace ( not so great! ) they were more then helpful and knowledgeable . They got my heat running until my new unit could be installed and explained everything to me in detail. Great customer service and friendly staff . Highly recommend this company !
