So far so good!

After many years of looking for a home and speaking with many contractors in my area these folks have just been stellar to us. They have been prompt, courteous, attentive and friendly. The sales rep we have spoken with is just a real nice person. We just did a 700km round trip to meet them and see the product.

If I could buy the home based only my first impressions and the customer service so far I would. This has not been our experience with others, and with the biggest purchase of most people’s life you want to be treated a certain way. They have given me time and looked at everything I have sent. They have looked at my lot and many others things. They want happy customers.

Even if we don’t buy from them we feel they are a great company and are very satisfied with the service rendered so far.

From the moment we first met and started the process of building our home we knew we made right decision to entrust the Timberblock Team with such a huge investment in our lives! From the initial design, permitting, construction right up to the final finishes the staff at Timberblock were there with us every step of the way with their expertise, guidance, suggestions, and support.We are now living in a beautiful eco-friendly log home and couldn’t be happier! A very special thank-you to everybody for their understanding and guidance when circumstances due to Covid-19 forced us to to make some cutbacks and went the extra mile to help us stay within budget but still have the dream home we wanted! You couldn’t ask for a better designed home or a better group of people to work with!
