Canadian Tire - Midland, ON

So today I went to buy our patio furniture for the restaurant. I felt terrible but I needed some assistance. I don't like to bother people. Usually I go get my stuff and pay avoid asking for much help. I know this people has lots to do there. Is a big store that they have to keep organized. But I needed some help today. So I found the supervisor, Larry! And I know he was busy but the moment I ask for help he drop whatever he was doing and help me to found my products. Thank so much Larry! You doing a great job in the Midland location!

Bought two item's. For the 1st item I was asked/approached if I needed help to find it. 2nd item I asked someone unloading boxes where about to find it. At which point she radioed someone in correct department if they knew. She directed me where to go and the man on other end of radio was waiting for me in correct department. He showed me where to find the item and even helped me compare the choices I had to pick from. Good staff.

Limped my car in with a frozen brake/wheel over this past weekend. They took a look at it, hosed it down and otherwise thawed it and got me going again. They didn't charge me a thing, so I at the very least wanted to leave a great review as a thanks to them for doing this for me, I was at a loss otherwise!!! Great, very friendly staff. :)
