    The person who handled my file was friendly and very kind. Not sure why you preregister because you still have to stand in line. Covid protocols made me feel safe.

    At my appointment today I had to give 9 viles of blood. I have never given that much blood before and was very nervous. Joking, I asked Sabrina to sing me Soft Kitty.. and she did!! Lol I think it really did help.
