After having my 2010 Honda recalled due to safety reasons, I had the pleasure of dealing with Dawn Downer to find another. She was professional, empathic and extremely knowledgeable about Honda vehicles. Her assistance in getting my beautiful new/used Honda was invaluable. I would not hesitate to deal with this fine (& funny) lady again! Further the service dept, Gwen , Tiegan in rentals all bent over backwards to help as well. Thanks ladies!

Our experience with Midland Honda has been top notch. From the moment we walked in to the moment we picked up our Fit we've been treated with respect. Cale was just outstanding, taking the extra mile to watch out for us and understand our needs. We decided to wait and think about a new vehicle and asked him to let us know if something came in. He understand and respected that. He called us a week later with a vehicle coming off a lease. We came in and purchased it. Lou ( the finance manager) was wonderful as well. He took the time to explain everything and make sure we completely understood what was going on. From moment one we both felt like we were a priority.
