I was thoroughly impressed with the professionalism, recommendations and the care that was taken in ensuring that all my tailoring needs were met. I'm not one to commonly write a review unless the experience warranted it, and I felt this one did. I did not feel pressured to expand the services that I was receiving and did not feel as though I was being given a sales pitch to have more items altered then needed. The service has been quick, professional, and most importantly a beautiful tailored job.

I really love this place. Professional husband and wife team running a high quality tailoring and dry cleaning outfit. A well designed studio and changing area, clean, modern, well lit and mirrored (I really appreciate this). They offer excellent design and tailoring insights that make your clothes fit like a glove. My only problem is that since I've been going there to get my clothes altered, I realise that my entire closet doesn't fit right! Once this couple takes care of you, you finally realise what it means to have clothes that "fit". Your consciousness is raised.

Just had the hole in my new coat fixed. Couldn't even tell that I cut my coat. They were friendly and fast service. Good prices too.

I was recently referred to Midland Tailors by my family and brought a dress that was purchased online that I’m sure could have doubled as a parachute. It was a sweetheart neckline, strapless dress with a ruffled high-low skirt that was way too big, way too long and about 30 lbs. too heavy. In other words, it was a hot mess and a seemingly daunting task.

Right from the start, upon entering Midland Tailors, it was a friendly welcome. Their professionalism and expertise set my mind at ease on dress that we had pretty well given up on. Not only did Midland Tailors provide exceptional customer service, they were also able to work in sync with my visits from Toronto. The cost of alterations was excellent, their thoroughness and ensuring I was satisfied was first-class and the final result succeeded all expectations.

I can’t say enough good things about the service and I highly recommend Midland Tailors for any and all alterations, locally or not.
