Always a very long wait for service. Plan to wait. Staff is helpful and friendly but would be good if more staff on site.

Perry at the Midland store is fantastic, I had a very difficult issue, which took over an hour to resolve, he had a wonderfully cheerful attitude during the whole time and the issue was resolved to my satisfaction. Keep up the great work

Just came from this store and the service was great! My mom has had some issues in the past but this last visit was a pleasant one. The gentleman who helped us, really made my mom feel comfortable with the service. He knew exactly what needed to be done to get her "new to her phone" unlocked and set up. He got her apps sorted, contacts, pictures ect all moved over with ease. Definitely impressed this time around and will recommend to stop by this location. Thank you!
