Had great service from Dave and Deana. Took quality time with us and great discounts. Very friendly with speedy service. Got exactly what we wanted and more. Will be back for future purchases. Love it.

Very pleased with all the staff of this location including the loaders in the back, salesman Bob and of course Len who sold me a sectional a year ago in Orillia. Any single person that passed by me in the store on multiple visits was polite in all respect. Didn't feel any pressure or rudeness despite 3 visits to make the decision. And this is from the customer from hell.

I have to share some good news. In a world where some things are unfair, My Daughter caught a break. A salesman at the Brick in Midland named Marc, replaced My Daughter's current chair (which shows early wear), with a $2,200.00 leather chair. She paid $1,350.00 originally. He said living in a small town, you see your customers in the grocery store and that He wanted to compensate My Daughter well enough to show the Brick stands by their product and its imperative they show integrity in their reputation. He was the one to make that call. He did not consult a manager before deciding to give My Daughter an approx $1,000.00 discount. I'm still amazed. Thank you Marc for your generosity. I will recommend the Midland Brick to everyone I meet. P.S. The chair is coming tomorrow.

I visited the store 2 weeks ago and was greeted with a smile by Ashley M, one of the sales representatives. She was smiling and very happy to help me search for my mattress. I asked her about the up and coming Black Friday deals and she then informed me of the brand of mattress that I was looking for would be on sale in a week. Not to many sales representatives from my experience try to save you money, I was delighted and returned today for my Black Friday mattress sale. Everything went smoothly and Ashley gave me all the information needed about my mattress; the warranty, pick up instructions etc. Needless to say I am very pleased with my experience at the brick with Ashley! Thank you :)

We have spent 3 months researching and pricing appliances for our kitchen. Steve M at the Brick Midland was excellent at explaining the differences between brands and price points. After shopping at many stores we returned today to do our final purchase. We saved a lot over the web prices and look forward to delivery.
