Smaller classes that make it easier to relax
I had my first yoga class with Chris last week and it was wonderful. I have not attended a yoga class since university, and it was as awesome as I remember it to be. Chris is very attentive to ensure safety and that the poses are correct. She makes yoga accessible to both the super beginners and the advanced! No matter the level you are for yoga, she makes it work for and with you! Thanks!
