When I really needed help with finding a good fitting brace for my knees, I reached out to Kratos. I was so pleased with the personal consult I had with Ryan where he determined what brace would work for me, and assisted in the fitting. I can be a stubborn client and didn't really want a brace, but knew it was needed. Ryan was kind and compassionate during my frustration and I'm so glad to have his patient manner see me through.
