(May 16, 2019, 10:53 pm)I was fairly satisfied with my visit. I felt like i was being pushed towards the more expensive frames so they recieved a bigger commission, but other than that im happy with my results. Dr.Hung was great while getting my eye exam. Overall great experience
EDIT; after doing some research the frames i got i could have gotten my same pair of frames directly from burberry for half the price. So beware this place is extreamly expensive. -

(September 9, 2018, 7:47 pm)The manager replaced my lenses after a year and 3 months of use due to a lens delamination issue. She was very helpful and polite. The replacement lenses arrived in a week and where installed at no charge. Thanks for the great customer service.
