I was fairly satisfied with my visit. I felt like i was being pushed towards the more expensive frames so they recieved a bigger commission, but other than that im happy with my results. Dr.Hung was great while getting my eye exam. Overall great experience

EDIT; after doing some research the frames i got i could have gotten my same pair of frames directly from burberry for half the price. So beware this place is extreamly expensive.

The manager replaced my lenses after a year and 3 months of use due to a lens delamination issue. She was very helpful and polite. The replacement lenses arrived in a week and where installed at no charge. Thanks for the great customer service.

Super helpful, the exams where full but they squeezed me in on dr.hungs lunchbreak! Andrew helped with the glasses and was awesome So pleased!
